you know... a chibi is a smaller version of a manga or anime character , its head is bigger and its body for me is smaller , like the characters of rAKI SUTA ar always chibi. well your stuff is not really CHIBI because
1 ) it has to be a anime manga character.
2 ) if its a cartoon character , it doest mean it becomes anime style n.n
